I think it might be that us entrepreneurs have been locked in for a little bit too long and there are people making the most of prime property becoming available!
Previous clients that were behind the magic of Zuaya Restaurant in Kensington, the design shortlisted for the restaurant and bar design awards in 2019, have acquired a new site with a whole new concept! We are super excited about our third project with this client and have started the design process this week.
We are also working with a new garden centre project, an office for a digital media company and a private residential house! As you may have seen we are half way through a hotel project too so we are super busy and can breathe a sigh of relief that the world is starting to return to normal.
